GTI Statia (GTIS) is one of the largest independent bulk liquid storage terminals serving the US Gulf Coast and Caribbean markets, located on a Dutch Island in the Caribbean (part of The Netherlands). The terminal forms part of Prostar’s bulk liquid storage company, Global Terminal Investments, with more than 24 million barrels (3.7m m3) in aggregate bulk liquid storage capacity.

GTIS is a leader in initiatives towards net-zero carbon emissions, significantly reducing the sulfur emissions of marine fuels. It provides storage for ultra-low sulfur fuel oil that is IMO 2020 compliant. The reduction in sulfur emissions contributes to improved health and environmental outcomes
